The Serviced Apartment Awards are the first and only dedicated awards created for and by the international serviced apartment, aparthotel, extended stay industry. 

Now in its eleventh year, the 2026 awards take are taking place on 11 May at Hilton London Bankside.

The awards are open to all operators, owners, providers and suppliers of serviced apartments, aparthotels, and extended stay properties worldwide.
